Quite simply, you email us the details of the desired apartment and the date you will arrive. On the basis of your information, we create a contract that we send to you by email to sign. Done.
You simply fill out the inquiry form, we find suitable and available apartments in our portfolio and immediately send you all the details. If these include a suitable apartment or house, we will send you the contract, which you then just return to us to complete the booking.
Of course, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days before your arrival free of charge. If you have to leave earlier than contractually agreed, you can cancel the contract in writing up to 30 days in advance. Our furnished houses have a minimum stay of 2 months, which is the only exception to these arrangements.
Basically, the apartment is always paid for monthly and in advance. You can pay by bank transfer, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash on the spot. We also gladly accept payment of costs by your employer and can send invoices directly to your company.
PTM Apartments specialises in the rental of furnished apartments for a minimum of 1 month. Therefore, we do not offer rentals that are shorter than 30 days.
