Foundation of PTM
PTM Consulting GmbH is founded on January 01, 2011. In addition to travel management, the brokerage of furnished apartments and hotels is offered under the name PTM Hotels & Housing.
Designer Apartments Stuttgart
PTM begins marketing and managing our designer apartment building in Stuttgart, an Art Nouveau villa with 9 luxury apartments.
PTM opens the first fully furnished designer house in Stuttgart.
PTM opens the first fully furnished and fully serviced house in Stuttgart-Vaihingen.
PTM opens its first apartment in Böblingen.
After PTM initially only acts as an agent for apartments, the opening of our first self-furnished apartment takes place in its first financial year.
PTM opens first Apartment in Hannover
After 8 successful years in Stuttgart, PTM Apartments expands its portfolio to northern Germany and opens the first apartment in Hannover. The new founded company PTM Apartments Nord GmbH will open more apartments in that region soon and already the first apartment is planned in Hamburg this year as well.
