- A washing machine is available in each apartment, and a dryer in most cases, only sometimes this is not possible due to lack of space. All kitchens in PTM Apartments are of high quality, including ceramic hobs, refrigerators, microwaves, stainless steel cooking pots and pans, quality crockery and cutlery, and in most cases a dishwasher.
- Another advantage of using a professional provider of temporary housing is certainly the response time in the event of problems or emergencies such as a burst pipe or a water leak. Here, most providers, as well as PTM, use their own tradespeople who can quickly and easily fix the defect or problem. With private providers, who are often themselves abroad, you may have to put up with a long wait for help.

After the renovations, we chose the right furniture and were still planning when a customer told us that he would like to book this apartment for 3 years. Thus we have implemented his wishes, such as fitting ceiling fans, when completing the apartment. Upper Castle Garden
The castle garden is located in the heart of the city. In the upper area, there is a landscaped lake around which it is wonderful to walk. Countless trees provide cooling shade in summer. Nearby is also the State Gallery, where you pay no entry charge on Wednesdays. Thus, a creative break can also be upgraded by viewing some art.
Ride the “Zacke” on the Santiago de Chile Square
Many of our apartments in Stgt Mitte are located close to Marienplatz. From there you can take the cog railway up to Santiago de Chile Square in a few minutes. During the “Zackenfahrt”, it pays to sit in the direction facing the valley, in order to see the beautiful view while moving. After the railway has “climbed” the 17.8 percent slope, a wonderful panorama of Stuttgart awaits.
Relax at Feuersee
During a stay in Stuttgart it is also worthwhile to visit the Feuersee. The famous lake is located in the west of Stuttgart, but can be reached very quickly on foot from the city centre.
