How can I find a suitable apartment at PTM?
You simply fill out the inquiry form, and we will select suitable and available apartments from our portfolio and promptly send you the exposés with all the important information. If you find a suitable apartment or house, we will send you the contract, which you only need to confirm in order to complete the booking.
How do I rent an apartment that I have chosen?
Quite simply, you send us the desired apartment and the key details by email. Based on your information, we prepare a contract and promptly send it to you by email for signature — and that’s it.
Can I cancel my apartment early?
Of course. Before arrival, you can cancel your apartment free of charge up to 30 days in advance. If you need to move out earlier than contractually agreed, you may also terminate the contract free of charge with written notice up to 30 days in advance.
For our furnished houses, a minimum stay of two months applies. Some apartments, due to Stuttgart’s regulations regarding the use of residential space, are available exclusively for longer stays, so minimum stay requirements may vary. The exact cancellation and notice periods are always specified in each individual contract.
How and when is the apartment paid for?
In general, the apartment is always paid monthly in advance. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or in cash on site. We are also happy to accept payment confirmations from employers and can send invoices directly to your company if required.
Can I rent an apartment for less than one month?
PTM Apartments specializes in the rental of furnished apartments for stays of one month or longer. Therefore, we do not offer rental periods shorter than 30 days.
